I have been training for YEARS!! Weights and caridio. I like everything about these bars. Beside tasting great, it has a boost of energy and endurance after I get done working out.

This bar tasted so good compared to others I've tried. I had it at 6 am after my workout and I am still satsfied at 11:00 am. Love it!

pricy but taste good |

I got a box of 12 in Vitamin Cottage. It made a little less than 2 dollars per bar. They taste good, very sweet, not plastic. Could have benefited from more fiber. The box will probably last me a while, just too pricey. Also, the Cranberry one is the only flavor I consider. The rest are too high in calories for me.

I am absolutely in love with this bar! A good source of protein, not too much sugar, the calories are just right, and it tastes fantastic!!!
